Think Dinners with YOU!
In 2019 Food for Thought is going on tour.
Starting with Think Drinks in February , we will continue the conversation with some of you. While discussing, we will enjoy drinks and delicious appetizers (in the style of the Food for Thought series and book).

During a series of Think Dinners we will connect the philosophies of the TV series/book with the food on our plates. For each evening a number of topics will be selected for discussion.
Gilbert Kolff (FONDrotterdam, Food for Thought chef) will take you on a journey across preparation methods, ingredients, and their origin and production processes. What is on your plate and where does it come from? Are you eating what you think you're eating? Why are you eating it?
Together we will reflect on the future of our food consumption. But above all, we will enjoy a delicious meal.
